Each intensive takes place over a 3-month period, with topics and a tailored structure designed to help leaders improve their capabilities. All work is customized to the needs and preferences of the leaders participating in the intensive.  Each program includes a discovery meeting, a leadership assessment, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a closing meeting, and all assessments draw from a variety of tools and disciplines to help avoid bias.

These intensives build healthier, stronger, more confident leaders, and the investment in both the employee and the organization lays a solid foundation for success.

  2. Self-assessment to gain insight into thinking or personality preferences (includes 1 hour debrief of results)

  3. Three individual leadership coaching sessions

  4. Realignment meeting to review progress and discuss continuing development plan​
