XLR8 is committed to mentoring other credentialed coaches, providing the information and tools needed to continue growing at the ACC, PCC, or MCC levels of the coaching profession. XLR8's coach mentor programs include: ​1) Mentor coaching for individuals and small groups 2) ICF credentialing preparation for ACC, PCC, or MCC levels 3) Practice coaching / recording review / skills mastery support XLR8's Tailored Mentor Coaching Lisa Collins is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an ICF Registered Mentor Coach. She has been coaching since 2005 and specializes in coaching high-potential leaders and other professional coaches in accelerating their careers, seeking greater opportunities to guide and influence others, and ultimately achieving sustainable success through the embodiment of coaching mastery.​ In her ICF and ACMC mentor coach roles, Lisa describes her philosophy as client-centered: “I offer mentoring for all levels of ICF coaching credentials: ACC, PCC, and MCC. My mentoring approach is personalized for each client and focuses on their strengths as well as their goals and objectives."
