Leadership Development Intensives

We know how vital it is for companies to develop and retain key talent, especially in today’s job market where job switching is common. Leadership development initiatives can appeal to employees by showing them that their organization is genuinely investing in their performance and success. All told, these intensives build a healthier, stronger, more confident team.

 

Each intensive takes place over an 8-week period, with topics and structure designed to help leaders improve their capabilities as needed. The program includes a discovery meeting, a competency assessment, personalized development plan, tripartite meeting with manager, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a closing meeting. All assessments draw from a variety of tools and disciplines to help avoid bias, and none of our strategies take a “one size fits all” approach. All work is customized to the needs and preferences of the people participating in the intensive.

 

Leadership Intensive focuses can include topics such as: delegation, building a culture of accountability, conflict resolution, supervisory skills, communication skills, and many more! Wherever you feel you or your team have the opportunity to grow, we can help.

Mentor Coaching and Coaching Supervision

If you’re getting ready to apply for or renew your ACC, PCC, or MCC ICF credential we can help. Our mentor coaching program provides not only the required competency focus to attain these credentials, but also the support and feedback you need to sharpen your coaching skills.

 

Preparing to become a certified coach is exciting, but also challenging. Between reaching the minimum hours for each credential and building your own confidence and expertise, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. A coaching mentorship at XLR8 Potential shores up weaknesses, enhances strengths, and overall empowers coaches to be their best selves.

 

Mentor coaching takes place over a 6-month period, allowing both mentor and mentee to adapt and learn to new developments. All work is customized to the unique needs of each coach.

 

We are focused on progress, not perfection, as well as building self-trust, self-awareness, and a sense of being grounded thoroughly in the ICF Core Competencies. Our top priority is to cultivate your abilities as a coach and create a collaborative space of learning and experimentation.
