Leadership Development Intensives

Each intensive takes place over a 3-month period, with topics and a tailored structure designed to help leaders improve their capabilities. Each program includes a discovery meeting, a leadership assessment, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a closing meeting, and all assessments draw from a variety of tools and disciplines to help avoid bias.
